It is interesting, just that why is it blurred? What is your intention for making it blurred? Just interested.

I like the way how it is black and white because it makes the city lights have more of a presence in the scene and creates a vibe in the picture.

It enhances the images and gives it an dreamy look... :)
If you were to remove the blur, it will not look very pleasing :lol:
